Before You Book
What should I bring on a boat tour?
Sunscreen (reef-safe preferred), a hat, sunglasses, swimwear, a towel, and water shoes if you have them. We provide all snorkelling equipment.
Can I book if I can't swim?
Yes — life jackets are provided on every trip. Our glass boat trips are great for non-swimmers who still want to see the reef.
What is your cancellation policy?
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before departure. Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable. Trips cancelled by us due to weather are fully refunded.
Are children allowed on tours?
Most trips welcome children aged 5+. Age limits and child pricing for each trip are shown in the booking calendar when you pick your date.
Do you offer hotel transfers?
Hotel pick-up and drop-off is included with all private charters. For group tours, transfers can be added for a small supplement — ask at booking.
