Free cancellation up to 24 hours before your departure time. Cancellations within 24 hours of departure are non-refundable. If we cancel your trip due to adverse weather or safety concerns, you'll receive a full refund or a rebooking at no charge.

Yes — as long as you notify us more than 24 hours before departure. Message us on WhatsApp or email us and we'll rearrange your booking free of charge.

Sunscreen (reef-safe where possible), a hat, sunglasses, swimwear, a towel, and water shoes if you own them. Bring a small amount of cash for tips and any food/drinks not included in your package. We provide all snorkelling equipment.

Not for all trips. Life jackets are provided on every tour. Our glass boat trips let non-swimmers see the reef in complete comfort. For snorkelling trips, basic water confidence is helpful but instructors are always on hand.

Most tours welcome children aged 5 and over. Our glass boat trips have no minimum age. Private charters are ideal for families as you control the pace. Age limits and child pricing for each trip are shown in the booking calendar when you pick your date.

Casual, comfortable clothing for the boat. A rash vest or thin long-sleeve top is great sun protection. Bring a light layer for the return journey — the breeze can be cool.

Our meeting point is Hurghada Marina. Hotel transfers are included with all private charters. For group tours, a transfer can be arranged for a small supplement — just ask when booking. Taxis and local minibuses are also readily available from most hotels.

The Red Sea is warm year-round — typically 22–28°C. Visibility is excellent, often exceeding 20 metres. There is no stinging plankton. It is genuinely one of the best snorkelling and diving destinations in the world.

Expect to see parrotfish, angelfish, clownfish, moray eels, octopus, and sea turtles on almost every trip. Spinner dolphins are frequently spotted, particularly at Dolphin House. Manta rays and the occasional whale shark have been sighted in season.

Yes — the Red Sea is one of the safest places in the world to snorkel. There are no crocodiles, no jellyfish swarms, and shark encounters near the reef are extremely rare. Always follow your guide's instructions and don't touch the coral.

Your safety is our priority. If conditions are unsafe, we will cancel the trip and offer you a full refund or reschedule at no charge. We monitor weather forecasts closely and will contact you in advance of any cancellation.

Yes — all our vessels carry comprehensive marine insurance. Your safety and liability are fully covered on every trip.

Yes — all boats carry a first aid kit and our captains are trained in marine first aid. We also carry communication equipment to call for assistance if needed.
