1. Bookings
By completing a booking you are entering into an agreement with us. Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of payment. You will receive a confirmation email with your booking details.
2. Cancellations by You
Free cancellation is offered up to 24 hours before your departure time. Cancellations made within 24 hours of departure are non-refundable. To cancel, contact us via WhatsApp or email.
3. Cancellations by Us
We reserve the right to cancel any tour on grounds of adverse weather, equipment failure, or circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, we will offer a full refund or rescheduled tour at no additional cost.
4. Health & Safety
Participants take part in tours at their own risk. You are responsible for disclosing any medical conditions that might affect your ability to participate safely. Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
5. Liability
Our liability is limited to the price paid for the tour. We are not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in our tours, except where this results from our own proven negligence.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Hurghada.
